When renting a bike carrier for towbar mounting or a Towbar Luggage Box, do I need an extra number plate?

Yes, you need a white number plate.

How do I know what the load capacity of my towbar is?

Next to your socket there should be a plate on which the towing capacity and the vertical load (nose weight) are indicated. The vertical load is important for bike carriers. Most bike carriers have their own weight of approx. 15 kg.

If I rent ski carriers, do I still need roof bars?

Yes, the ski carriers are mounted on roof bars with dimensions of 2x3 cm (h x w). We also rent roof bars.
