This is the privacy policy of Topspace BV. In this statement we explain how we handle the personal data that we obtain in our contact with you. Topspace complies with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Topspace respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders and reservations as quickly and smoothly as possible. For any other purposes, we will only use this data with your consent. Topspace.nl will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make it available to third parties who are involved in carrying out your order/reservation.

Personal data collected

We do our utmost to protect your data. We need personal data in order to guarantee our services to you. Topspace processes this personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided this data to us yourself.

Topspace processes data for the following purposes:
Providing and invoicing our services;
Sending reminders;
Processing your reservation and keeping you informed about its status;
Maintaining your rental history and building up your loyal customer discount.

Security

For data transfer we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) in combination with 128/256-bit encryption. This technology offers the highest level of security and is therefore also used by banks for data protection in online banking. All services we offer are extensively protected by the above-mentioned standard. You can see that your data is being transmitted in encrypted form by the key or closed padlock symbol in the status bar of your browser.

Website visit data

We receive data that we obtain based on your visit to our website. Examples of this are cookies. On the site we use Google Analytics to analyse the performance of the site and to measure the effectiveness of traffic sources. Within Google Analytics we have disabled data sharing and concluded a data processing agreement with Google. With this, Topspace complies with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The information collected by Google is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is explicitly not passed on to Google.
Your IP address is stored in order to determine the authenticity of your reservation.

Cookies

We use cookies on this website, among other things to ensure the reservation process runs as smoothly as possible.

Newsletter / reminders

We periodically send a reminder by e-mail to our customers. Each reminder contains an unsubscribe link so that the recipient can immediately unsubscribe.

Retention period and access to data

Your data will be stored until you inform us that your data must be deleted.

Sharing with others

Topspace only shares data with third parties that are involved in carrying out reservations or orders, such as our installation partners. Your data will never be sold.

Accessing and editing your data

You have the right to access and modify your data. To do this, you must log in to our website. To have your data deleted, you must send an e-mail to verhuur@topspace.nl with the subject: Account verwijderen (Delete account). We will then delete your data from our customer database immediately. You will then no longer be entitled to any loyal customer discount.

Changes

This privacy policy may be amended. Any changes will be announced on this page.
