Reservation

Book preferably in time! Especially for busy periods such as the spring break and the summer construction holidays. If your rental period starts only in 4 days, we can practically always help you. Reservations are centrally registered at the head office in Breda; preferably via the green button on the right side of the page.

Payment

You may pay immediately, but it is not required. We ask you to complete payment 10 days before the start of the rental.

Last-minute reservations

We speak of a last-minute reservation when your rental starts within 3 working days. In most cases we can simply help you. The easiest way is to reserve the desired rental items via the black button on the right side of this page.
In the high season (Dec–Mar and Jun–Aug) your reservation is almost always processed within 15 minutes. If we cannot complete your reservation immediately, but can do so by adjusting something (pickup location or rental item), we will contact you directly. Keep an eye on your mailbox!

Availability / stock

We have a huge rental stock (5000 roof boxes, 3100 roof rack sets and 2800 snow chain sets). Place a reservation and we will do everything possible to get you on your way!
If your rental needs to start the same day, we can always help you at the head office in Breda; in Amsterdam, Utrecht and various other locations we keep extra large stocks specifically for last-minute rentals.

Procedure after reservation

Within a few working hours you will receive a confirmation email of your reservation. The rental items are then allocated to your reservation and the agreement is established.
In the confirmation you will find an iDEAL payment link and details of the selected installation partner. It also includes further relevant information about your rental.
Approximately one week before the start of the rental (or later if you booked last-minute), the installation partner will contact you to schedule a time for installation. The confirmation email contains the partner’s phone number so you can also call yourself. Installing a roof box takes about 10 minutes and installing a roof rack also about 10 minutes. You can wait for this.

When the rental period ends, you may return the items without an appointment. In high season deposits are refunded 2 to 3 times per week and in low season once per week.

Account

When you place a reservation, an account is created automatically. In your account you can manage your personal data, payments and vehicle details.

Cancellations

You may cancel a reservation free of charge up to a maximum of 10 days before the start of the rental. After this, costs amounting to 25% of the rental price with a minimum of €10 will be charged. For cancellations within three days, 50% of the rental price will be charged. For cancellations on the day of departure, 75% of the rental price will be charged — even if you booked last-minute. Cancellations must be submitted to us in writing or by email (verhuur@topspace.nl).

If you are already on the road and return earlier: Your rental will be recalculated according to the normal pricing method for the adjusted rental period. For 50% of the overpaid rental amount, you will receive a voucher valid for 12 months.
