Roof Boxes

BE CAREFUL IN PARKING GARAGES. Especially MPVs and SUVs.

DO NOT use tension straps around the box!!

MAXIMUM SPEED: 130 km/h.

Clean with a soft sponge and water with all-purpose cleaner.

The inside of the roof box must also be dry and clean.

After disassembly, DO NOT place roof boxes on their ‘back’, but on their bottom.

You can only remove the key from the lock when the roof box is properly locked.

Ensure that all locking hooks of the lid fall correctly into the lower shell.

If you cannot turn a lock closed, the roof box is too full.

Practice fitting the chains before departure.

Place the chains on top of your luggage.

Rinse snow chains immediately after use!! This prevents rust.

Only store them back in the case when they are dry.

Do not use them on asphalt; you will then have to reimburse the set.

Do not drive faster than 50 km/h, do not let the wheels spin and steer calmly.

Mount the chains on the drive wheels (usually front wheels).

Take gloves and a flashlight with you.

Rusty chains will be charged.

Cleaning costs will be charged for wet chains.

Report defects to the rented items on the first day of rental and not only upon return.

Make sure you are familiar with the use of the rented material.
